As a purpose and leadership catalyst, I am passionate about helping individuals and organizations master their authentic identity by discovering, developing and successfully fulfilling their unique purpose and leadership abilities.
At the young age of eight, I had an encounter which caused me to ask the question, “Why am I here?” Today, I am aware that not only was that the beginning of my quest to find the answer, but it was the discovery of my unique purpose.
During my youth, rare opportunities opened for me to be trained and mentored by trendsetting leaders within my city. As a result of that early mentoring and remarkable examples, leadership became a passion, personal goal, and intentional path for my life.
While actively serving my community, I embarked upon my leadership development journey as a youth, becoming the Vice – President of the Wisconsin State Baptist Youth Convention, the youngest staff member of the Miss Black America of Wisconsin Pageant and co-host of a local television program.
Much of my early experience prepared me for the next phases of my development as a leader in the Modeling Industry, Music Entertainment Industry, and Corporate America.
In 2002, I graduated from Oral Roberts University’s Ministry Training and Development Institute. After graduation, I spent the next 12 years serving in ministry leadership roles of executive assistant, team leader, leadership trainer and pastor.
Today, my personal and professional growth are still a priority. I continue to build a lifelong network of peers through shared learning, fellowship, and global service opportunities with expert leaders from around the world.
Along my leadership development journey, I was blessed and strategically positioned to be mentored by great leaders including, the late Dr. Myles Munroe, and Dr. John C Maxwell. Today, I’m honored to be a part of an elite global leadership team as a Certified John Maxwell Team Member.
After years of personally mentoring women of all ages, I quickly realized the question I asked at the age of eight was the answer I continue to help so many discover and embrace.
Reflecting on my experiences, including 17 years of global travel in Corporate America, I came to the realization that there was a grave misunderstanding between titles and true leadership. I witnessed people all over the world serve without passion and authenticity, which is why I founded Women Fulfilling Purpose, Inc. – A company of women leading in purpose, and committed to assisting others to do the same.
